This Privacy Policy explains what information Rean Arab ("we", "us", the website at reanarab.com) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the website you agree to this policy.
In short: you can use all lessons without an account. If you create one, we store your username, age and email to run your account. We show ads from Google AdSense, which uses cookies. We never sell your personal information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — when you sign up: your username, age and Gmail address. Your password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store it in plain text.
- VIP payment information — if you upgrade to VIP, we store your payment reference code, the amount, the date and the status (pending, approved or rejected). Payments are made in your own banking app using KHQR; we never receive or store your bank card or bank account details.
- Messages — if you contact us by email, we receive your name, email address and message.
Information collected automatically
- Notification token — only if you turn on push notifications, a device token is saved so we can tell you when your VIP payment has been reviewed.
- Technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider and partners receive standard information such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited.
- Cookies and local storage — used to keep you signed in, remember settings and show ads (see section 3).
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and show your profile.
- To check VIP payments and activate or end VIP membership.
- To send push notifications you have turned on.
- To answer your messages and support requests.
- To keep the website secure, fix problems and improve lessons.
- To show advertising that keeps the website free.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
3. Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show ads to visitors who are not VIP members.

- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the Internet.

4. Third-party services we use
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging) — accounts, data storage and notifications.
- Google AdSense — advertising.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Google Fonts, cdnjs (Font Awesome) and GitHub — fonts, icons and images.
Each of these companies processes data under its own privacy policy. Your data may be stored on servers outside Cambodia.
5. Children
Rean Arab is a learning website suitable for all ages, and the lessons can be used without an account. Children under 13 should only create an account with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us personal information without your consent, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Keeping and deleting your data, and your choices
- We keep account information while your account exists, and payment records for as long as needed to manage VIP membership.
- You can change your username, age and password at any time in your profile.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your account and data by emailing abidinkw2023@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We will reply within 30 days.
- You can turn off push notifications in your browser settings at any time.
7. Security
We use trusted providers (Google Firebase) and secure HTTPS connections to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data online is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
